Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of AgriNav ("the app"), operated by AgriNav ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. Contact: help@agrinav.co.uk.

1. Routes are advice only

AgriNav suggests routes for agricultural vehicles, but road layouts, widths, bridge heights, weight limits, closures and conditions change. You remain fully responsible for driving safely and legally, for the size, weight and condition of your machine and load, and for checking that a route is suitable before and while you travel. Always obey road signs, the Highway Code and the law, which take priority over the app.

2. Driving safely

Do not handle your phone while driving. Set your route before you set off and use a secure cradle. Spoken and on-screen guidance is a driving aid, not a substitute for your own judgement and local knowledge.

3. Accounts

You can use the free version without an account. You need an account to buy the ad-free plan. Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You can delete your account at any time from My account → Security; this ends any subscription and deletes your personal data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the app.

4. Ad-free plan

The ad-free plan costs £2.99 per month and adds route history, saved machines and no adverts. It renews monthly until cancelled and you can cancel at any time from My account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who will show full billing terms at checkout.

5. Community reports

Hazard reports and confirmations come from other drivers. Only report genuine hazards, never share personal details of others, and do not rely on a report being current.

6. Data from your journeys

We use completed-journey timings and your optional arrival survey answers to improve route accuracy, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage, fines, delays or injury arising from route suitability, road conditions, map data or reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we'll ask you to accept them again in the app.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
